On 24 June, the smog pattern was both smog wind pattern and smog generation pattern.

From 8 to 12 oclock, the smog elevated area was moved from north to south. The wind was from north east.

From 12 oclock, sun shines and temperature elevated.

From 13 to 18 oclock, the smog elevated area was widely found in Keiyo industrialized area. The wind was from east or south east, so the smog moved to north west area.

The smog distribution pattern on 22 June was the smog wind pattern. What is the smog wind pattern? I named it just now, so no one know this word. It mean that a smog air was carryed by wind. The characteristic pattern was to move the high concentration area by the wind direction.

On 22 June, Choshi and Katsuura along with the the Kujyukuri Beach, east end of chiba, indicate the oxydant elevation on 12 o'clock. at 16 oclock, the smog area was in the middle of chiba, and at 18 oclock, smog disappeard. The wind direction was from south east almost all day.


6月22日は、スモッグ風パターンを取った。
スモッグ風パターンとは、たった今私が命名した。
12時に銚子と勝浦で濃度が上がり、16時頃に千葉中央部に広がり、その後消えていった。
スモッグはどこから来たのであろうか?　やはり三宅島だろうなぁ。

This system started on April 2006.
Today I googled "Chiba Smog" in Japanese.
Oh, fantastic!! This blog was hit first!!

Next, I googled "Chiba Smog" in english. No hit.
Finally, I googled "Chiba Oxydant" in english.
Google indicate this site at fourth line.

According to the config page, this site had about 4000 page views per day. I suppose most of the access was by search engine.
The data upload amount is about 1MB every hour because the oxidant table and oxydant map is generated every hour and uploaded automatically. Before starting this system this site had only several page views, and after starting this system, the pageveiw increased rapidly. So some kind of system to investigate the updated page may exist.

I know that the blog system is one of the good method to give impact for google, but this site has no link from other site. I never imagine that this blog was evaluated highly.

Conclusion : Any people who want to give impact to google should make blog.

I posted a Japanese article on this blog, I clicked the 'post' button, and the system seems to operate normally, but the article was not posted without any warning. I tryed for more than 5 times but was not posted. I tried tu post in English, then the article was posted without any trouble. After that, I edited the posted article, added Japanese article. It was operated normally. So, I try to post in english first, and modify to add japanese article. I hope this operation avoid the possible system bug to ignore japanese articles.

日本語を新規でポストすると、登録されない。 英語で登録して、修正で日本語を追加すると一発で通る。
HTMLにするとedit画面で日本語が文字コードで表示されて文章が読めないので、HTMLにはしない方が良い。だからリンクは貼らずにURLのみの記述で逃げる。
しばらくこのスタイルで試そう。

Oxidant concentration level elevated at 12 o'clock at Keiyo area and gradually spreaded to east. But the wind from east, so the oxidant was generated at each area, not moved by wind, I suppose.

6月20日のスモッグの分布推移は典型的だった。
京葉地域で12時頃に発生が始まり、風は東風。次第に千葉内陸部に向かって高まってきて、19時頃に治まった。

風向きから判断すると、風で流れてきたというよりは、発生地域が広がったような気がする。

6月17日の分布地図を見ると、10時頃館山で60を超え、12時に千葉南部に広がり、13時には千葉全域に広がっていった。15時には千葉南部が60を切り、16時には千葉北端部のみに限局し、17時には千葉全域がクリアされた。風向きは一貫して南風だった。

千葉の南半分で大量にスモッグが発生する原因は特に思いつかないので、三宅島の活動の影響が風で流れてきた可能性が考えられる。

三宅島の活動状況webによると、特に活動が活発になったとは書いていないが、もしかしたら波があるのだろうか?　これを調べるなら、SO2分布を地図化すると読みとれるかもしれない。

千葉県にお知らせメールした。

6月2日の11時に千葉県のシステムが落ちていたので、土日ずっと落ちているといやなので、以前オキシダント速報求むのメールをした千葉県の担当者にメールした。ついでに、オキシダントデータ公開(安定供給)のお礼と、このサイトのおしらせをした。

ご親切に返事をいただき恐縮。
内容は、
・落ちたのはbug。1時から復旧。
・自由に活用して良い。

これで、千葉県データの二次利用の許可をいちおういただいたことにしておこう。

玄箱にflyをインストールした。

oxシステムが動いている玄箱にflyをインストールした。

　flyはGIF画像を「その場(on the fly)」で作るCプログラムのフリーソフト。1999年に開発が終了している枯れたソフト。画像の作成や修正を行うためのコマンドライン・インターフェイスを備え、 CGIもしくは他のプログラムから簡単に呼び出すことができる。
　flyの日本語サイトのマニュアル和訳に、扱える画像サイズが255x255までとあったので、そのサイズで作らなきゃだめか、と考えていたのだが、サンプルプログラムをみると400x400の画像を出力している。おかしいと思って英文マニュアルをみたら、これが誤訳と判明。size 256,256の場合に左上が(0,0)、右下が(255,255)というのを誤訳したみたい。特にサイズの規定はないみたいだ。(ソースではint)

で、指示通りいきなりmake.
gccがみつからない。
apt-get install gcc
stdio.hがみつからないだと?webしらべて、
apt-get install libc6-dev
でインストールが通った。これを/usr/local/bin/にコピー。

あとは、オキシダント地図を作るプログラムを書いて、サイトにupするだけだ。それは後日のおたのしみ。今日はここまで。
